With XOXO Notes, you can create personalized love notes and send them as voice recordings to your partner. You can also add images and schedule the notes to be delivered at specific times. Your partner will receive and download the notes through the companion app. In addition to love notes, the XOXO Notes companion app offers daily affirmations and fun mini-games to keep things lighthearted and engaging.

Once the note is ready to be displayed, your partner will receive a notification and can download it through their companion app.

Yes, you can schedule love notes for specific times, such as morning, afternoon, evening, or on specific dates. This allows you to surprise your partner with messages when they need them most.

Yes, you can customize your love notes with images to make them even more special. Add a photo that captures a cherished memory or a sweet moment to enhance the message. When the note is played in the app, the image will appear on the screen. You can also use free images from our image search tool and add them to the love notes.

Once a love note is published, it will be downloaded to the companion app. Your partner will receive a notification when a new love note is ready to be played. They can adjust the frequency of love notes and affirmations in the app settings, with options ranging from every 6 hours to once every 24 hours.

Yes, we take privacy and security seriously. We use encryption at rest and in transit to protect your information. We do not store the data you enter into the love note generator form. If you want you can store a backup of the form data in your browser’s local storage.

You can record and manage the love notes on the website on any modern web browser. The XOXO Notes companion app is currently available on Android devices. 

Yes, you can use XOXO Notes on multiple devices. Simply connect your account to the app on any device, and your voice recordings will be synced across all devices. See the “Getting Started” page for instructions on how to connect.

Your account and all related data  will be deleted from our server as soon as you confirm the account deletion. However, any notes that have already been sent to your partner will remain available in their companion app unless you schedule them for deletion before deleting your account.

The companion app is designed for your partner to receive love notes. When you send a note, your partner can refresh their companion app to access it, including any images you’ve added. The notes will play at the scheduled times, one at a time. Your partner can customize how often they receive love notes and affirmations in the app’s settings, with intervals ranging from every 6 hours to once every 24 hours.

An internet connection is required for you to create love notes and for your partner to receive new love notes. However, once downloaded, all notes are accessible offline, so your partner can play them even without internet access.

“Emoji Match Madness” is a lighthearted, fun mini-game designed to bring some joy and laughter to your partner’s day.

To invite your partner to use the companion app, simply send them the unique invitation link generated in your XOXO Notes account. This link can be found in the “Getting Started” section. Once your partner clicks the link, they can download the companion app and connect it to your account, allowing them to receive and update love notes seamlessly.

To delete a note from the companion app, simply turn off the “Published” switch for that specific note in the Audio List. If you want to remove all love notes, you can enable the deletion option on the “Account” page. Once the mobile app checks for updates, all existing notes will be removed from the device.

You can manage your subscription through the XOXO Notes website. Log in, navigate to the “Account” section, and you can update your plan, payment information, or cancel your subscription.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you unsubscribe, you’ll lose access to creating and scheduling new love notes. However, any notes that have already been sent to your partner will still be accessible in their companion app. If you don’t resubscribe within two months, your account, along with all associated love notes and images, will be deleted from our server.
